Algoli Advisors LLC ("Algoli Advisors," "we," "us") operates the website at algoliadvisors.com and provides investment advisory services. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information from visitors and clients.
Information We Collect
From website visitors, we collect basic analytics: pages viewed, referring source, browser/device type, and approximate location (city/region). We do not collect personally identifying information from passive site visits.
From prospective clients who book an intro call, we collect the information you provide through Calendly: name, email, phone (optional), and any notes you share. From clients in an active engagement, we collect financial documents, account statements, tax returns, and other information necessary to build your plan.
How We Use It
Client financial information is used exclusively to build and deliver the engagement you contracted for. We do not sell, rent, or share client information with any third party for marketing purposes — ever.
Limited disclosure occurs when (a) you authorize it in writing (e.g. coordinating with your CPA), (b) it is required by law or regulatory request, or (c) it is necessary to enforce our engagement letter.
How We Protect It
Client documents are stored in encrypted-at-rest cloud storage with access limited to engagement personnel. We do not transmit sensitive financial information over unencrypted email; we use a secure document upload portal for all client materials. Access is revoked promptly at engagement completion or termination.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you at any time, by emailing hello@algoliadvisors.com. If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what information we collect and the right to request deletion.
Cookies and Tracking
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifying information. We do not use advertising trackers, pixels, or fingerprinting on this site.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will post the updated policy here with a revised "last updated" date and, for active clients, send an email notification.
